So, I recently came across a woman on YouTube who goes by the name of FemFusion Fitness who has put two--as far as what I found in my brief search--videos specifically targeted towards releasing tension in the pelvic floor. She came up in my search "vaginismus", and one of her videos details that these stretches are great for people who experience chronic pelvic pain or pain during sex.
I was super intrigued and watched the video, just to see what the stretches were like. They look very yoga-esque and focus a lot on breathing technique.
Have any of you noticed differences in tightness/tension in your PF as a result of stretches like these? Let the community know in the comment section below!
