Pelvic Floor Stretches?


Hello Lovlies!


So, I recently came across a woman on YouTube who goes by the name of FemFusion Fitness who has put two--as far as what I found in my brief search--videos specifically targeted towards releasing tension in the pelvic floor. She came up in my search "vaginismus", and one of her videos details that these stretches are great for people who experience chronic pelvic pain or pain during sex.


I was super intrigued and watched the video, just to see what the stretches were like. They look very yoga-esque and focus a lot on breathing technique.


Have any of you noticed differences in tightness/tension in your PF as a result of stretches like these? Let the community know in the comment section below!


I know I'll be breaking out my yoga mat tonight to give these a shot!

    So, I just ordered this new set of dilators & I've been using them for the past 2 days. I thought about ordering the kit on vaginismus.com, but it was so expensive that I decided to check Amazon instead. What types of dilators have you been encouraged to use by your OB or physical therapist? I'm on a 30 minute, every other day dilating schedule. I try to do every day if I can, but that can get to be a lot, especially when I'm having trouble relaxing. Comment below with what scheduling tips you have, or things you do that help you relax and get in the right frame of mind to dilate. We're all in the same boat! Much love!
